Members of Knesset Visit "Yad B'Yad" Charity Organization Ahead of Passover

Today (Sunday), Members of the Knesset visited the “Yad B’Yad” charity organization, managed by Rabbi Yaakov Gloiberman, located in the heart of the city.
The organization provides ongoing support to needy families throughout the year, with special efforts ahead of the upcoming Passover holiday.
During the visit, Deputy Minister of Agriculture MK Yoni Mashraki, Minister of Labor Yoav Ben-Tzur, Minister of Welfare and Food Security Yaakov Margi, Rabbi Moshe Abutbul, and MK Avraham Betzalel met with volunteers and families receiving aid.
The officials praised the spirit of volunteerism and the organization’s contribution to strengthening the community, emphasizing the importance of expanding collaborations with similar initiatives.
“Yad B’Yad” distributes comprehensive food packages including essential goods, fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry, and dairy products, ensuring that every family can celebrate a festive and dignified holiday meal.
Rabbi Gloiberman highlighted the critical role of community support, especially during holiday seasons.
The visit concluded with heartfelt conversations with families, who expressed deep gratitude for the assistance that helps them face these challenging times with greater hope and joy.
