As Purim approaches, excitement is filling the air at Yad Beyad.
Under the leadership of Rabbi Yaakov Globeran, the organization is expanding its Purim Costumes Project to reach even more children across Israel.
Thousands of new, high-quality costumes are being prepared so children from families in need can celebrate with dignity and joy.
For many struggling families, purchasing a new costume is simply not possible.
Thanks to generous donors and dedicated volunteers, children will once again be able to dress up, feel included, and celebrate like everyone else.
From North to South: Nationwide Distribution
Yad Beyad’s activities are not limited to one city.
This year, shipments of costumes and Purim packages are being distributed throughout Israel:
In the North: Costumes are being delivered to children from struggling families, bringing light and happiness to communities facing economic hardship.
In the Center: Distribution centers in Lod and surrounding cities are preparing thousands of costumes, ensuring every child receives a dignified and respectful experience.
In the South: Volunteers are working tirelessly to reach families in need, making sure no child feels forgotten this Purim.
\Special Appreciation to Shoshi Zohar for Their Generous Contribution
This important nationwide initiative would not have been possible without the generous donation and partnership of Shoshi Zohar, one of Israel’s leading costume companies.
Thanks to their meaningful contribution, thousands of children will receive brand-new, high-quality costumes — allowing them to celebrate Purim with joy, dignity, and confidence.
“The partnership between Yad Beyad and Shoshi Zohar is a true expression of giving,” said Rabbi Yaakov Gluberan. “The understanding that children across Israel need support, especially during challenging times, strengthens the spirit of unity and kindness within our community.”
“Our goal is not just to distribute costumes, but to bring smiles and restore confidence. Purim is a holiday of joy and renewal, and we are committed to ensuring that every child can experience it with pride.”
— Rabbi Yaakov Globerman Chairman, Yad Beyad
No Child Left Behind
