50 Volunteers from Beit El Join Yad B’Yad’s “School Bag for Every Child” Project

About the Project

For many children, the first day of school begins without the basic supplies they need to succeed.

Through the “A School Bag for Every Child” project, Yad B’Yad helps children begin the school year with dignity, confidence, and hope.

For 26 consecutive years, the organization has distributed thousands of new school bags and premium school supply kits to children throughout Israel, regardless of background, working closely with local welfare departments to ensure the assistance reaches those who need it most.

We believe that providing the basic tools for learning is the first step toward educational success and a brighter future.

A Day of Kindness and Giving

This year, we had the privilege of welcoming 50 teenage volunteers from Beit El, who dedicated an entire day to preparing the school bags.

With enthusiasm, dedication, and genuine care, they packed thousands of school bags and supply kits, ensuring that every child receives them with dignity and respect.

One of the volunteers shared:

“Knowing that our work will help children begin the school year with confidence and joy is incredibly meaningful.”
