A heartfelt memorial ceremony was held in memory of fallen soldier Roi Peri, whose legacy lives on through “The Light of Roi,” a central Yad B’Yad initiative providing daily hot meals and acts of kindness to hundreds in need.

Hapoel Tel Aviv youth team players joined Yad B’Yad – Factory of Kindness in Lod to volunteer and help distribute hundreds of food baskets to families and seniors in need, as part of the “Giving in the Spirit of Omri” project.

Team Israel Basketball, in collaboration with Yad B’Yad NGO, distributed backpacks and school supplies to underprivileged students across the country. NBA star Deni Avdija and fellow national team players took active part in the social initiative.

Ahead of Passover 2025, the “Yad B’Yad” organization led a major food distribution campaign, delivering thousands of kosher holiday packages to needy families, the elderly, and Holocaust survivors. Dozens of volunteers from top Israeli companies helped pack and deliver essentials, fresh produce, fish, and poultry.
