Knesset volunteerism: Employees help pack food parcels for the needy ahead of Passove

Knesset volunteerism: in Yad Beyad
Over the past few days, some 50 Knesset employees have been packing food parcels designated for needy families ahead of the Passover Seder.

The initiative is headed by the Yad B`Yad (Hand-in-Hand) organization, which is chaired by Rabbi Yaakov Globerman.

Knesset Director-General Ronen Plot also helped out. ”This is the continuation of a tradition in which Knesset employees volunteer for various causes,” Plot said. ”This tradition should be intensified and expanded.”
