Our charity restaurant's staff and volunteers attended a food safety workshop conducted by "Latet Israel," aimed at equipping them with essential knowledge and tools for safe food preparation and service.
Today, an exciting and beneficial event for the staff and volunteers of the “Yad Beyad” charity restaurant took place at the “Yad Beyad” organization in Lod.
The event featured a comprehensive food safety workshop conducted by “Latet Israel,” an organization specializing in food safety training for employees.
Held at the “Yad Beyad” center in Lod, the workshop aimed to provide staff and volunteers with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain food safety during meal preparation and service. The workshop consisted of three main parts:

Participants learned about the unique challenges faced by this demographic and the importance of consulting and asking questions when uncertain, to ensure that the meals they serve are safe and nutritious.
-
The third part concentrated on hygiene and cleanliness in restaurants. Participants learned about kitchen cleaning and maintenance processes, and the importance of adhering to strict hygiene regulations to prevent the spread of bacteria and diseases.
