Rabbi Yaakov Globerman, Chairman of the “Yad Beyad” Charity Organization, visited the offices of the “Latet” Aid Organization today and presented a certificate of appreciation and recognition to CEO Mr. Eran Winterov and founder Mr. Gilles Drummond.
The certificate was awarded for their joint project, in which 51 new refrigerators of the Italian brand “Delonghi” were donated to elderly individuals and needy families in the city of Lod, who are known to social welfare authorities.
During the ceremony, Rabbi Globerman emphasized the importance of collaboration between organizations working for community welfare and highlighted the ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for those in need of assistance.
“Providing new refrigerators for the elderly and needy families is not just an act of generosity but also an action that gives a sense of dignity and security to those in need,” said Rabbi Globerman.
Mr. Gilles Drummond, founder of the “Latet” organization, thanked Rabbi Gloiberman and the “Yad Beyad” organization for their recognition and support and expressed his hope for continued fruitful cooperation in the future.
“This project is a prime example of what can be achieved when organizations work together towards a common goal,” noted Drummond.
Mr. Eran Winterov, CEO of the “Latet” organization, added that the project is part of a broader effort to improve the living conditions of elderly individuals and needy families in Lod and other areas of the country.
“We are committed to continuing our efforts to help those in need and to finding creative and effective ways to assist them,” said Winterov.
